Mark Jauncey has worked in the IT industry since 1992, fulfilling a variety of roles in IT operations, presales technical consultancy, and training. After specializing as a SAN storage instructor with Hewlett Packard, he trained field engineers, sales and presales partner employees in HP EVA and MSA storage arrays preparing them for certification at Master ASE level. In recent years, he has worked in enterprise presales for a leading provider of IT storage, and also as a platform engineer for a cloud provider administering HPE 3PAR StoreServ arrays. Presently, Mark is involved in sales and technical training, leading sessions all over the UK and Europe.
